This summer, Thorne Widgery made a splash at The BIG Green Corporate Duck Race 2025, and our very own entrant, Widgery Waddles, was the best.
Far from your average rubber duck, Widgery Waddles came equipped with spreadsheets and a serious sense of purpose.
He crunched numbers mid‑stream to raise vital funds for ECHO Herefordshire.
Each year, businesses from across the region gather for this light-hearted event, with every quack and paddle contributing to supporting adults with learning disabilities.
We’re proud to back ECHO’s mission of empowering local people through life skills and community connections, and Widgery Waddles is our feathered hero in the fight for a brighter future.
Hosted on Saturday, 19 July 2025, at Summergalls Farm in Leominster, the race kicked off in the afternoon.
It was a great atmosphere and it was excellent to see so many people take part.
Every ticket sold helps ECHO Herefordshire continue its invaluable work.
