XfE has launched a new Help Centre, providing schools, academies and trusts with a dedicated online platform designed to enhance support and help users get even more value from Xero for Education.
The XfE Help Centre brings together guidance, learning resources and support management in one central location.
It has been developed to make it easier for finance teams to find answers quickly, build confidence in day-to-day processes and reduce reliance on manual support requests.
Designed to support, not replace
The new Help Centre complements XfE’s existing support offering rather than replacing it.
Users can continue to contact the XfE support team by email in the same way they do today, while also benefiting from a wider range of self-service tools and improved visibility of their support queries.
This approach gives schools and trusts greater flexibility in how they access help, whether they need immediate guidance or more tailored assistance.
What the XfE Help Centre includes
The Help Centre provides a growing range of features and resources, including:
- A library of step-by-step guides and videos showing how schools and trusts can make the most of Xero for Education
- An in-built AI assistant that delivers instant answers based on user searches
- A single space to raise, view and track support tickets, offering clear insight into progress and updates
- Resources to support onboarding and upskilling of new users within a school or trust
- Planned future enhancements, including a dedicated XfE changelog to keep users informed about new features and improvements
Together, these tools are designed to simplify support, improve consistency and empower finance teams to work more efficiently.

If you are an existing user, you should receive an invitation to access the XfE Help Centre directly.
If an invitation has not been received, users can contact our XfE team and access will be arranged.
