Thorne Widgery celebrates its second year in Ludlow as it helps local businesses through Coronavirus crisis

We are delighted to announce that we are celebrating the second anniversary of our office opening in Ludlow.

Although the team at the office off Corve Street are currently working from home, we are still actively supporting lots of local businesses who are having to deal with the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The office was launched in 2018. The successful and innovative marketing campaign used alongside the launch helped to attract lots of new clients and has won us several awards, including a British Accounting Marketing Award.

During these difficult times, our use of cloud accounting software and new technology has proved vital in supporting Ludlow’s business community, as has our dedicated Covid-19 Business Support Hub.

Our CEO, Daniel Crowther, led the launch of the office as its Director. He said: “We are delighted to be celebrating our second year of success at our Ludlow office, even though we are currently in unprecedented times.

“We have been really encouraged by the support we have received from our clients and other local businesses and we hope the assistance and advice we are currently offering is helping those that are struggling during this tough period.”

As a lifelong Ludlow local, Dan said he appreciated the unique pressures that the town was facing and hoped that more businesses would turn to local expertise to help them through this crisis.
